Kids Team Roles and Covenant

Roles:
Kids Team Leader: 
  • To create a safe space for children to explore, experience and express God's love.
  • To maintain communication with other leaders in the community and help organize and facilitate the kids PM’s. 
  • To maintain seasonal schedules for the children's team members.
  • To run monthly children's team summit meetings together.
  • To run quarterly trainings together.
  • To call up and train apprentice leaders.
Kids team member:
  • To create a safe space for children to encounter and share God's love.
  • To use the PM plan format for each season to keep kids connected to where and how God is calling the community to grow next.
  • To plan and collaborate with your partner.
  • To manage the kids time, and implement positive behavior reinforcements where needed.
  • To maintain communication with Kids team leader and members by attending monthly meetings and corresponding over email and phone conversations.
  • To be the "host" when someone walks in late.
  • To give direction the the hosting Cell.

Supporting Cell Members:
  • To help help the kids team with the infant/toddler and kids PM time, by creating a safe space for children to encounter and share God's love.
Kids Team Covenant:

    • a commitment to grow yourselves, and be a part of facilitating the spiritual growth our children as you worship God together.
    • a 6 month commitment to lead every 3(4?) weeks (this ends up being only 6 (9?) times per covenant).  
    • a commitment to show up by 4:30pm to set up and lead your PM time.
    • a commitment to communicate in advance if you can't make it, and a commitment  to find your own replacement within our team if you need to be out.
    • a commitment to attend quarterly trainings.
